Some days at my regular 8 - 5, I feel just like Retsuko! I'm cute and sweet on the outside, but I'm screaming my frustrations to the beat of death metal on the inside!

This was another pretty easy cosplay to make. I used a modified vintage pencil skirt pattern, a unisex shirt pattern, and a generic vest pattern to get the "right" office lady look.

At the risk of futher anthropomorphizing Retsuko, I added in a copper bob with free-handed ears. The ears are attached with spring clips hidden on the bottom. I also made my first furry tail. Unfortunately, the only fake fur I could find in the correct colors had the fur laying in the wrong direction, so I had to trim and brush the heck out of it to get it to lay in the correct direction.

Throw in a belt for the tail and sensible flats and I'm ready for whatever demands Director Ton throws at me!
