My daughter has really gotten into the Powerpuff Girls and her favorite is Bubbles. I already had the perfect pattern from my most recent pattern-buying binge at Jo-Ann, so it didn't take any time at all to make a quick sleeveless dress and sash. Put her naturally blond hair into pig-tails and add in stockings and Mary Janes she already has, and she's ready to save your local con from crime and the forces of evil!
